Great news! Serbia has become world champion in teqball for the fourth time! Nikola Mitro and Bogdan Marojević have once again confirmed they are the rulers of this sport.

At the World Championships held in Romania, Nikola Mitro and Bogdan Marojević won the gold medal in doubles, while Mitro became vice-champion in singles. These guys never stop making history — since they started competing, they haven't returned from a competition without a medal.

This year in Romania, the World Teqball Championships featured Serbia with four players across as many categories: women's singles, men's singles, men's doubles, and mixed doubles.

In women's singles, Maša Milošević made her national team debut. In a tough group, she managed one win against a player from Kuwait but didn't advance to the elimination phase.

In men's singles, Nikola Mitro won silver for the second consecutive time. He lost in the final to the favorite, Romania's Apora.

In men's doubles, Bogdan Marojević and Nikola Mitro went through the entire competition without losing a set. In the final, they defeated Thailand 2:0. This is their fourth doubles title.

In mixed doubles, Bogdan Marojević and Maja Umićević finished in the quarterfinals, losing to the eventual champions from Romania.

Milan Končar also represented Serbia as a referee throughout the championship. By medal count, Serbia finished third behind Thailand and Romania.
